Frequently Asked Questions
Can foreigners buy property in Turkey?
Citizens of many countries can buy property in Turkey, but some area and nationality restrictions apply. We check your situation at the start and confirm it with an independent lawyer.
Can foreigners own property in Bali?
Indonesia has different rules for foreigners; instead of full ownership, long-term leasehold or right-of-use titles are usually used. We clarify the right route for you together with a local lawyer and notary.
Can I buy without travelling there?
We can show properties on video. Whether a remote purchase is possible depends on the country and your situation; we plan this with your lawyer.
How do fees, commission and the deposit work?
On a sale, 2% commission is charged to the buyer and 2% to the seller (excluding VAT). The 10-15 minute WhatsApp consultation costs €50. Committed buyers send a €5,000 deposit directly to the owner’s bank account, marked as a purchase deposit; it is deducted from the agreed price at the title transfer. If I am in another country, my return flights and hotel are paid by the buyer. Details on the Services and Contact pages.
Which languages do you work in?
