How do we work, step by step?

1. Consultation call

We listen to your budget, goals and timing. The first 10-15 minute WhatsApp consultation costs €50 (details).

2. Options selected for you

We present properties that match your criteria, with photos, videos and prices.

3. On-site or video viewing

We view the properties together; if you can’t travel, we show them on a live video call. For on-site meetings, see the €5,000 purchase deposit.

4. Legal checks

The documents of the property you choose are reviewed by an independent lawyer.

5. Contract and title deed

We complete the payment and transfer steps in line with the official procedures.

6. Handover and after

Key handover, utilities and, if you wish, rental management.
