I’m Murat, the founder of Number One Trust Real Estate. I have been in the real estate business for years, and the thing I have seen most is this: buyers want, above all, to be able to trust.

That is why I founded Number One Trust. I guide foreign buyers who want a home or villa in Bali or Turkey (Antalya, Alanya, Gazipaşa, Istanbul) as their single point of contact, from the first call to the title deed.

• I have every property’s documents checked by an independent lawyer and notary.
• I state my fee clearly and in writing before any deal.
• I work in Turkish, English and Russian.
